Release Notes

The 2024 Release Notes (Release A) dropped on January 16, 2024, with some handy updates. Templated Experiences now sport clickable breadcrumbs for easier navigation. Themes got a facelift, allowing you to tweak form settings for all types, not just the standard ones. Meanwhile, in PathFactory for Revenue Intelligence, you can now check out the full list of accounts for each Content Engagement Insights metric, a major improvement from the previous 10-account limit.

If your company is looking to switch domains, PathFactory has the ability to set up custom domain mappings for your instance to redirect a domain from one destination to another. This is something that your Solutions Engineer can enable for you but you do not have access to in your platform interface. 

This release includes enhancements to multiple sharing domains, locking tracks, and more.

Welcome to the latest advancements in PathFactory. With our 2023 Release V, we have added the following functionality to PathFactory: Enhanced integrations between Salesforce and PathFactory For Revenue Intelligence for more streamlined content play workflows and the ability to access PFRI contacts and opportunities within embedded views in Salesforce. New fields/data are now available via API v3 updates that integrate and share valuable visitor and page view endpoint data, particularly for Adobe Experience Cloud and Demandbase connections. Overlay and UTM parameter options are now available for Website Campaigns within Standard Experiences to provide Increased control of content titles in Website Tools with the new ability to manage multiple prefix/suffix rules. Preview and sharing options in Templated Experiences for enhanced customization. Elevated content asset security with the introduction of the Content Security Policy (CSP) toggle.

For Release U, we are introducing the following new features: New data and dashboards in PathFactory for Revenue Intelligence  - see more analytics at a glance, plus new individual-level journey analytics. Added customization for editing Templated Experiences Landing Pages - try out the new increased editing options. External code support for Templated Experiences - you can now use external code to track performance and engagement in Templated Experiences.

In Release T, we have added more customization for your Virtual Events experiences and we have improved the Demandbase field mapping workflow. 

This release includes updates to Virtual Events, new webhooks, and an update to the custom CSS application for Website Tools Concierge.

For this release, we are introducing some functionality to enable more customization and better tracking of campaign performance for Experiences.

In our newest release, we are introducing functionality to increase visitor engagement accuracy, as well as notifying you about increased security for 6sense APIs.
