Website Tools are advanced content navigation and recommendation features that you can use to enhance and track visitor interactions on your website. These tools help visitors find relevant content, stay engaged, and move smoothly through their journey.
Using Website Tools, you can track visitor behavior, tailor content recommendations, and gain insights into engagement—all with the goal of creating a more personalized experience that supports self-guided learning and accelerates the buying process.
Key Components of Website Tools
Website Tools work through several interconnected components, each designed to help you create a seamless and intuitive browsing experience. Together, these components empower you to create a personalized, data-driven experience that supports visitor self-exploration and accelerates the buying journey.
Website Journey Tracking
By tracking your visitors’ journeys through your content, you’ll see which content assets are providing the biggest impact. For a quick introduction to this feature, read the article, About Website Tracking.
To amplify the value of these insights, Website Tools enable you to send collected analytics data to external platforms, such as a marketing automation platform (MAP) or data visualization tools, via API. This integration supports seamless alignment with your broader marketing strategies and helps create a more comprehensive view of your customer data.
Content Analysis
Website Tools analyze and organize website content into a structured dataset that’s easy for both people and AI to understand. With content analysis, you gain insights into the taxonomy, topics, and content types that resonate with different members of your buying committees, helping you refine and focus your content strategy. To read more about content analysis and analytics available in Website Tools, read the article, How To View Performance Analytics for Your Content Using Website Tools.
Recommendation Service
Using AI and Machine Learning, the Recommendation Service suggests the most relevant content for each visitor based on their identity, company affiliation, past content interactions, and overall journey. These intelligent recommendations enable your visitors to engage with content that matches their needs, guiding them toward a deeper connection with your brand. For more on how the Recommendation Service works, see the article, Introduction to the PathFactory Recommendation Service.
Concierge and Guide
Pre-built, configurable Concierge and Guide enable you to create different content experiences for pages of your website. With these visualization tools, deploying Website Tools becomes seamless, and you can quickly set up end-user experiences that deliver content in an intuitive, visually engaging way.
