- PathFactory for Revenue Intelligence (PFRI): If you’re a mutual customer of Demandbase and PathFactory, Demandbase’s account-matching logic is used within PFRI. This means that when a visitor (who isn’t already a Salesforce contact) is associated with an account in PFRI, Demandbase’s logic is applied, providing consistent and accurate matching. - Website Tools Personalization: By integrating with Demandbase, you can dynamically segment website visitors and present personalized collections of content. Demandbase Integration Steps
Step 1: Request Demandbase API Key
Contact support@demandbase.com and request an API key. If you already have an API key, ensure it is updated.
Note: Ask Demandbase to ensure that the Bypass query parameters for IPs toggle is set to Off (it is set to On by default).
Step 2: Provide Your API Key to Your CSM
Once Demandbase provides the API key and confirms the necessary setting has been adjusted, share the API key with your PathFactory Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Your CSM will add the Demandbase API key to your PathFactory instance and guide you on next steps.
Important Notes
- Demandbase data will start syncing with PathFactory once the integration is configured.
- This integration does not apply to historical data in PathFactory; it only impacts data collected after the integration is active.
