ChatFactory
ChatFactory UX Updates – We’ve enhanced the overall ChatFactory experience with several buyer and authoring improvements. Buyers now see the latest landing page for experiences, experience reduced scroll and movement for responses, and have access to primary and secondary CTA buttons on mobile view. You can now set title, description and social image for better social media and search engine visibility, plus enjoy an improved experience for creating topics and suggested questions. These updates provide better alignment to branding changes, smoother buyer interactions, and enhanced control over ChatFactory appearance.
ChatFactory Transparency & Citations – ChatFactory now provides complete visibility into its reasoning process by showing citations used to provide answers and displaying the processing steps taken to respond to buyer questions. This transparency allows your buyers to validate response accuracy and builds confidence in AI responses, while also setting appropriate wait time expectations for complex questions.
ChatFactory Cookie Consent – A new “Strictly Necessary Cookies” option in organization settings allows ChatFactory to operate even when visitors decline tracking cookies. This privacy-compliant approach ensures no tracking for visitors who decline consent while still storing questions and responses in the backend. The feature provides GDPR and CCPA compliance while maintaining enterprise-grade control and uninterrupted ChatFactory functionality for all visitors.
ChatFactory Embedding Options – Expanded widget capabilities now include launching the ChatFactory agent via a search bar. These widgets can be added to any web page or PathFactory landing page, providing an alternative engagement method that’s fully configurable to complement your site’s branding.
Agent Experience Creation Toggle – The new “Create Experience” toggle allows administrators to control whether users can create multiple personalized agent experiences within conversational agents.
Ability to Hide AI Recommendations – The “Hide Recommendations” toggle lets administrators turn off AI content recommendations so as to showcase a cleaner buyer experience.
PathFactory Core Platform
New Page Builder – A new approach to creating Templated Experiences that changes how themes connect to templates. The new Template Library houses templates that can be leveraged across multiple themes, allowing you to mix and match layout templates with different theme settings. You can also now build Templated Experiences from scratch, add and configure your own sections, and easily launch. This provides ultimate flexibility in creating one-off landing pages while maintaining scalable experiences.
UX Improvements – Streamlined navigation and enhanced usability across PathFactory includes a support button added to side navigation, enhanced search and filtering with support for lastMod and Expiry Date filtering, improved Collections management, global search with non-exact matches, a “Used in” filter for Content Library, and an updated Usage tab that includes Collections. These improvements make navigation easier and content more discoverable.
Language Localization – Localization capabilities allow you to assign a language and locale to each experience, with automatic translation of all out-of-the-box labels, cookie banners, and UI text to the chosen language. The language settings provide centralized configuration, ensuring consistent localized experiences for visitors and making sure your globally market-ready.
Pinning Assets in Content Playlists – Choose featured assets that rise to the top of playlists regardless of the sort order that’s set. Highlight valuable or recent assets without disrupting default or AI sorting.
PathFactory for Revenue Intelligence (PFRI)
PFRI Standard Fields – Enhanced data governance for PFRI allows you to define which standard fields should or should not be imported prior to integration, helping prevent sensitive data from entering the PathFactory system. This capability provides enterprise-grade controls and governance, reduces compliance risk, and improves onboarding speed by allowing proactive exclusion of sensitive or irrelevant fields.
Platform Analytics
Homepage Analytics Improvements – Simplified and enhanced analytics experience includes a new Visitor tab in Overview, search functionality for accounts, visitors, and content, click-through capabilities for direct access to detailed dashboards, and dedicated dashboards for single item level drilldowns. These improvements provide faster access to the details you need and eliminate cumbersome data exploration.
More Robust Insights – Comprehensive analytics improvements across the platform include download metrics added to content tables, Collection reporting in Website Tools Analytics, new explanatory descriptions and normalized labels, Content Performance tables, channel visualization within Campaign Insights, CTA reporting, and device type reporting and filtering. These enhancements provide more robust analytics for better insights and more data-driven decision making.
Integrations
Zoominfo Improvements – Enhanced reliability, visibility, and data usability include safeguards for API rate limits that send email alerts to admin users when limits reach 90% and 100%, plus improved handling of industry data with two industry fields (primary and secondary) for better personalization compared to other providers. These improvements provide better usage reconciliation and more detailed industry information for enhanced personalization capabilities.
Salesloft Improvements – Improvements include cleanup of public content titles and the ability to click through to see underlying source content. The integration now displays public titles instead of internal titles and adds hyperlinks for each asset, providing a cleaner user experience and better visibility into underlying content for sales teams.
