We’re thrilled to bring you the Spring 2025 Launch, designed to help you spring into action and achieve greater success! These updates will make your experience smoother, more insightful, and ultimately, more impactful for your business. Here’s what you can expect:

ChatFactory

ChatFactory Easy Conversation Starters – New conversation starters feature Topic Cards driven by AI and marketer tags, suggested questions, as well as type-ahead queries based on user input. Not only is there an overall better experience starting a conversation with ChatFactory, there are lower conversation abandonment rates and buyers have an easy time getting started in ChatFactory. 

ChatFactory Configurable Topic Cards – Easily tailor the ChatFactory experience to programs, strategies, and goals, leading to easier engagement for buyers and more control for marketers with complex product lines or messaging. Create custom topic category boxes and questions, write detailed topic descriptions, and select questions that align with specific topics. 

Better ChatFactory User Engagement – We have improved the visitor experience and enabled capabilities to increase engagement. These include a Discover Button to return to the ChatFactory homepage, session persistence to access the same chat across different widgets, and ability to configure how and when the agent and the agent conversation bubble opens and un-opens.

AI Actions – Experience the power of AI with our new Agentic Actions! These AI agents will work for you, providing personalized content recommendations, automating messaging, and qualifying leads, ultimately freeing up your time and improving your lead conversion rates.

Upgraded ChatFactory Analytics – Gain deeper insights into how your content is performing with our upgraded analytics dashboard. With drilldown dashboards and key performance indicators, see engagement by account or individual for better marketing decisions.

ChatFactory Webhooks – Seamlessly connect ChatFactory to your existing systems with webhooks, enabling real-time data transfer and automation; this means you can automate workflows, integrate with your CRM, and create a cohesive experience across your tech stack, saving you time and reducing manual effort.

PathFactory Core Platform

Improved Platform Analytics – Access a more comprehensive and accurate view of your content experience performance. These updates include a reintroduction of the CTR metric for Microsites and Templated Experiences in the Overview Reports, the ability to report on CTAs, a more accurate Accounts Insights tab in account distribution, and the ability to include or exclude select accounts in dashboards. This will empower you to make informed decisions effectively.

Insights to Action – Turn data into action with our AI-powered feature that analyzes your data and provides actionable recommendations. The first phase of this Insights to Action includes visualization explainers, which provide users with easy access to insights for all of the visualizations available in reports.

Navigation & Settings – Finding what you need is now easier than ever, thanks to our redesigned navigation with an intuitive menu structure. There is a collapsible menu that pops out on click, ensuring a cleaner interface while remaining easily accessible. Additionally, organization settings have been relocated to the bottom left corner and the support chat widget is now fixed to the menu bar.

UX Improvements – We’ve made general UX improvements across the platform to provide you with a more polished and user-friendly experience. These updates include visual design updates, performance optimizations, and improvements to the Index Pages/ Main Pages of the Content Library, Collections, and some settings—creating a more intuitive, self-serve experience. Specific updates include more consistency in asset picker tables, enhanced filters in the Improved Image Library, cloning functionality for Collections, and more.

Authoring Workflow Improvements – We’ve made content creation a breeze with our streamlined authoring process. There is a streamlined creation process for templates, landing pages, and content pages via grouping attributes in the configuration panel. New features such as event countdown sections and enhanced social icon functionality offer greater flexibility in content presentation. Continued performance enhancements, along with the introduction of Segment Rule Groups for Dynamic Personalization, improved filtering, and content list ordering controls, further empower users to create tailored and engaging experiences.

Animations – You can now add animations in your Templated Experiences! Choose from 5 animation types, and animate any component on your landing page for complete flexibility. Customize animations with speed, loop, duration & trigger controls, and stagger animations with delay controls for total control. 

Unified Folders – Stay organized with our new unified folder structure across Collections, the Content Library, Templated Experiences, and Content Playlists. Easily manage and access your content and assets, and keep your workspace uncluttered by moving obsolete items to the new PathFactory archive folder.

Platform Analytics – Our general analytics improvements will provide you with more reliable and accessible data, including faster reporting and new filters; this means you’ll have the insights you need to make informed decisions and optimize your strategies.

PathFactory for Revenue Intelligence (PFRI)

Additional Fields Import & Mapping – Capture and analyze more detailed data with our enhanced PFRI import and mapping capabilities. Users can now choose additional standard or custom Account and Opportunity object fields they would like to import from their Salesforce instance into PFRI. Easily filter dashboards by unique fields of data to narrow in on relevant insights and map these additional fields to automatically imported fields that PathFactory uses for dashboard insights & calculations.

Tracking Parameter Filters – Track and measure campaign performance with greater precision. The tracking parameters defined in your Organization Settings can now be used as filter types in PFRI dashboards. Any parameters outlined in the Parameter Library will display in this filter list for you to choose from and apply a value to.

Integrations

Salesloft – The Salesloft Integration provides insights on buyer readiness and interest levels by incorporating PathFactory content engagement data into Salesloft Rhythm to prioritize next actions. Context about content that meets the engagement threshold is displayed on buyer profile pages. The integration also enables sellers to execute and edit email plays associated with PathFactory signal data with more content. The integration provides better quality insights, prioritizes next steps based on content intelligence, reduces buyer blind spots, and increases visibility of the potential buying committee directly in Salesloft.

ZoomInfo – Enable more targeted campaigns, as well as boost your overall efficiency and effectiveness with our new ZoomInfo integration. Leverage ZoomInfo’s reverse IP lookup capabilities to deanonymize your website visitors and enrich your contact data.
