2025 Release Notes: Release K

Released on June 5, 2025

ChatFactory

Sales Representative Ability to Update Experiences – Sales reps can now update existing experiences. Easily share more relevant and effective materials with prospects.

View Processing Status & Activation –  Get real-time visibility into the agent processing status and control over activation, reducing uncertainty and ensuring agents are made available promptly when ready.

Analytics

“Channel” Visualization in Overview & Campaign Insights – We understand the importance of seeing what medium or channel drives visitors to your content. This new visualization allows you to see the split across those channels for context, validation, and campaign consideration.

CTA Performance in Tracks – Quickly obtain CTA performance across your classic experiences to review and optimize your CTAs.

Templated Experiences

Set Language for Templated Experiences & Content Playlists – You can now set a language in PathFactory Templated Experiences to update all the out-of-the-box values. Fields like Tags, Filters, Search, Access Protection & Exit Promoters will update based on the translations set in the Language Settings within PathFactory. Rich Text fields will stay the same, and will need to be translated manually. If users have set language translations previously for Classic Experiences, these same translation settings will be used for Templated Experiences.

PathFactory for Revenue Intelligence (PFRI)

Updated “Hidden Opportunities” Logic – We have refined the logic for “Hidden Opportunities”, ensuring all valid accounts with engagement in the date range are shown.

Standard Field Management – Easily disable optional standard fields through the integration settings. For new connections, only the object metadata is shown at first. No data is synced until users explicitly approve standard fields. This flexibility supports compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and aligns with internal data governance policies.

Sitemap Analysis

Automated Sitemap Reanalysis  – Automated sitemap reanalyses will now also remove assets from the PathFactory Content Library. Asset URLs that can no longer be found during a sitemap re-analysis, and have not been previously manually added by a user, will be removed from the Content Library. An email summary will be sent to the user who set up the auto-update to indicate the number of URLs that have been added, as well as a full list of URLs that have been removed from the sitemap.
