Custom Categories Now in Library Downloads & Bulk Uploads – When you download some or all of your Content Library, the CSV file now includes Custom Categories (i.e., your custom taxonomy and tags) as columns. When you upload your CSV back into the system with any modifications, PathFactory will recognize and reflect changes to Custom Category tags. Updated Image Size Recommendations – We’ve added image size recommendations to the Image Upload menu. When you upload images to your Image Library, you’ll now see the standard dimensions for different image types—such as icons, hero images, and more. These guidelines reflect industry-best practices to ensure your visuals are optimized within your PathFactory Content Experiences. For more details, read How to Use and Manage the Image Library.
Improved Thumbnail Image Management – We’ve enhanced the thumbnail display for content assets in PathFactory. You can now set a default image in Organization Settings that acts as a fallback default thumbnail image when a content asset added to the Library lacks its own thumbnail. Admins can set a default image that will automatically be displayed when no other thumbnail is available. Easier Content Sharing via Chrome Extension – Sharing content via email just got easier! PathFactory users can now select Content Playlists and Templated Experiences that your marketing team has built directly from the Experience menu in the PathFactory Chrome Extension. New Query Parameter for HubSpot Contact Integration – PathFactory now manages contact data with HubSpot. The pf_hs_contact_id will pull in a contact’s email when included in the query string if the HubSpot connection is properly set up and the HubSpot toggle is enabled in ClientHQ. This parameter works just like the existing lb_email parameter. The contact email retrieved through pf_hs_contact_id will be passed along in webhooks whenever forms are captured or other visitor-related events occur. This ensures seamless and accurate data handling across our systems. To activate this feature for your PathFactory integration with HubSpot, contact your CSM. Connect PathFactory to Your Vimeo Account – You can now integrate your Vimeo account with PathFactory to streamline video content management. This integration allows you to easily upload, organize, and display videos directly within your PathFactory Content Library and easily add them to PathFactory Experiences.
