New 6sense Cookie Lookup for Enhanced Visitor Identification – Starting with Release T, we’ve improved how we identify the companies visitors belong to by leveraging 6sense’s cookie-based lookup functionality. Previously, visitor identification relied primarily on IP addresses, which could sometimes limit accuracy. Now, by using cookies, we can capture more precise company information, resulting in better match rates and more accurate reports. This enhancement works automatically, so no action is required on your part to receive the benefits of this new functionality.
New Industries Graph on Account Insights Tab – We have added a new Top 10 Industries graph to the Account Insights tab within Homepage Analytics. This graph provides a visual overview of the most active industries engaging with your PathFactory Experiences within any given time frame. The graph allows you to quickly identify which industries are interacting with your content and tailor your strategies accordingly. Learn about available analytics in the article, Introduction to PathFactory Homepage Analytics.
Rename Section IDs in Landing Pages – You can now control the anchor that appears in the URL for a Landing Page, for a more branded and cohesive structure. This update makes URLs more meaningful and aligned with your brand identity and helps with internal management by enabling you to assign clear, descriptive names to Section IDs. For more information on how to rename Section IDs and link them to CTAs, see the article, Managing and Linking Section IDs Within Landing Pages.
Get a Head Start on Campaigns with Preset Landing Page Templates – We’ve added five new out-of-the-box Landing Page Templates to help you quickly set up targeted campaigns, events, and demand generation pages. These templates are pre-built yet fully customizable, giving you a jumpstart on the most commonly used campaign layouts. You can still adjust their layout, content, and design to meet your specific needs, ensuring your campaigns are both fast to launch and tailored to your goals. To find out how to access and use these Preset Templates, refer to the article, Introduction to Themes.
Prompt to Display Form on PDF Download or Print – We’ve added new toggles in Content Rules that allow you to configure a form’s behavior to appear when a known or unknown visitor attempts to download or print a content asset. This prompts the visitor to provide their information before proceeding, helping you capture contact information. For detailed instructions on how to configure this behavior, check out the article, Using Forms in Templated Experiences & Content Playlists.
