2022 Release Notes: Release I

We want to help you do more with the tools you have, so we have increased the features available for customizing and analyzing your organization’s content.

With this release we are providing better flexibility within Analytics, more assistance with managing your content using AI-generated Smart tags, a new Related Topics tab to see how your content is connected, and increased customization on the Topics page. In our quest to provide more customization and control over your analytics, we have added more options within Campaign Tools so you can designate which analytics are relevant and visible. Plus, we heard your requests to simplify the login and password reset processes, and have updated the interface and functionality accordingly.

Core Platform

Improved PathFactory login page

We have updated the PathFactory login page with elements of our branding refresh and self-service password reset feature that simplifies account recovery.

Increased control over Campaign Tools Analytics components

Prior to this release, access to the analytics found within the Campaign Tools menu was set at an all or nothing level. Now, organization administrators have increased control over what subset of these analytics users should get access to. Admins can select between Target, Recommend, Explore, Microsite and Website Campaigns analytics (or a combination), to ensure their team members see only what is relevant to them and their workflows.

To configure these new, more granular Campaign Tools Analytics permissions as an Administrator, follow these steps:

  1. From the top-navigation menu, select Signed in as [Your Name]  >  User Management.
  2. Next, click on User Roles  >  Analytics Permissions.
  3. Below Campaign Tools, expand Legacy Analytics. Here you may set up appropriate access permissions.
