Adding the BI capabilities of Looker to Path Analytics will allow PathFactory to augment our existing capabilities and deliver additional insights to market faster.
These reports enhance the existing Path Analytics functionality by providing you the ability to easily download CSV data, access better filtering and sorting capabilities, and set up scheduled report exports.
Is there an extra cost for these enhanced PathAnalytics reports?
There will be no additional cost to existing or new customers.
Can the enhanced Path Analytics capabilities replace my existing BI tool?
This enhanced PathFactory capability is not intended to replace your own instance of Looker, or any other BI tool they may be using.
Since it’s not possible to push other data into PathFactory, this integration is not intended to replace Looker if you have your own and will be restricted to engagement data in PathFactory.
Which PathFactory user types have access to the enhanced Path Analytics reports?
Any PathFactory user with access to Path Analytics will have access to the new reports.
