In order to disable Single Sign On, you must be a PathFactory Admin user. |
How to disable Single Sign On
- Click the gear icon, and select Organization Settings.
- On the Single Sign On tab, select Single Sign On Disabled from the Configuration drop-down.
- Click Save.
- Users will now have to log in to PathFactory using their username and password.

If your users have only ever logged in using SSO, they will have to set up their passwords once you disable SSO. They can do this themselves by following the “Forgotten password” prompts on the login page, or an admin user can manually set passwords for them. |
