2025 Release Notes: Release Q

Released on August 28, 2025

ChatFactory

Custom images for post-creation messages  Marketers now have the ability to upload custom images on the modal that displays when an experience has been created or updated. This image will be displayed instead of the image of a templated experience, and can be used by marketers to provide additional offers or other informative text.

Analytics

New foundational metrics “Read Time/Video Length” and “Completion (%)” – a new metric is now available to showcase the completion rate for content consumption! This metric uses our AI derived “reading time” estimate & video length to calculate how far in % the users get with the content. Now available in the Content Library Audit tab, Content Playlist, Templated Experience & Website tools analytics.

ChatFactory “Audit Tab” – Marketers now get access to a new audit tab within the ChatFactory analytics area to help answer questions around:

  • Agent Attribution: Where is the agent deployed and how is it performing in those areas?
  • Content Audit: Which contents is our AI drawing most insights from? Which contents is our AI recommending versus users clicking to see more details?
  • Experience Creation: Users have the ability to generate take-away material by adding content to their library and generating a Templated Experience directly through the agent. This new analytics table helps show which accounts are generating experiences and whether they’re being shared / engaged with.

Content Management

Display Content Playlists in the Usage tab in the Quickview Pane– For any asset, users can click on the Usage tab in the QuickView pane to see all the Content Playlists that the asset is used in.

Templated Experiences

Display both public and internal titles in the “Add Content Rules” modal Marketers can now see both the internal title and the public title when selecting the content assets in the Form Strategy → “Add content rules” modal. This is particularly helpful similar assets have different naming conventions and they have to identify the correct version of the content.
