Integrations

Demandbase: Account Name FieldWe’ve added a field for {{account_name}} to the Demandbase Field Merge Mapping beta feature.

UX Improvements

Permission Support for Custom Tag Categories – We’ve added permissions for Custom Tag categories for custom user roles. By default, if roles have permissions for other tag categories, the custom categories will inherit the same permissions; however, they will be customizable by the system admin moving forward. This ensures users who already have access to content tags continue to have access, and users who don’t have access to any content tags don’t have immediate permissions to this as well.

Fallback URL Support for Website Tools on “No Recommendation”You can now select fallback assets (maximum of 5, depending on appearance settings) to Concierge carousels in Website Tools. This ensures better handling of cold-start and cookie consent scenarios. Select the desired fallback assets from the Collection that has been configured to your Concierge.

Support for WebP Files in Image & Content Library – PathFactory now supports WebP files in both Content and Image Library. WebP files are designed to reduce file size while maintaining image quality. This is ideal for use on the web where fast load times and efficient bandwidth usage are important, supporting higher quality, as well as more performance assets and experiences.
