PathFactory now integrates directly with ZoomInfo to enhance your analytics, real-time personalization, segmentation, and webhook capabilities — all powered by ZoomInfo’s industry-leading Reverse IP technology.

Once enabled, PathFactory will automatically pull company intelligence data from ZoomInfo for every visitor to any PathFactory experience, enriching every interaction with valuable firmographic details.

How to Enable the ZoomInfo Integration

1. Navigate to Organization Settings > ZoomInfo in your PathFactory instance.
2. Enter the following ZoomInfo API credentials:
   • Username: Your ZoomInfo API username.
   • Client ID: Provided by ZoomInfo to identify your application.
   • Private Key: A secure private key for authenticating requests.

Here’s what the configuration screen looks like when filled out:

1. Click Save — and you’re done!
   PathFactory will now begin using ZoomInfo’s API to enrich visitor data in real time.

How to Obtain ZoomInfo API Credentials

Before you can enable the integration, you need to get your Username, Client ID, and Private Key from ZoomInfo:

1. Login to your ZoomInfo Admin Portal.
2. Go to Admin > API Access.
3. Generate a new API key pair if you don’t already have one.
4. Copy the following:
   • Username (assigned to your account or app)
   • Client ID (generated by ZoomInfo)
   • Private Key (make sure to store this securely, you’ll paste this into PathFactory)

Note: If you cannot find these options, contact your ZoomInfo Customer Success Manager for assistance in enabling API access.

What Happens After Setup?

• Automatic Enrichment: Every visitor to a PathFactory experience will have their IP address resolved by ZoomInfo’s Reverse IP technology.
• Enhanced Data Everywhere: This data flows into:
  • Analytics dashboards
  • Webhooks & Integrations
  • Personalization rules
  • Segmentation logic

You’ll instantly see deeper company-level insights on your visitors, improving targeting and engagement.

Important: API Credit Usage and Limitations

• API Credits: This integration consumes your ZoomInfo API credits for every resolved visitor IP.
• Quota Monitoring: Be mindful of your API credit limits — ZoomInfo typically imposes monthly caps based on your contract.
• Performance: High traffic PathFactory experiences may consume large volumes of API credits. You can discuss scaling options directly with ZoomInfo if needed.
• Fallback Handling: If API limits are exceeded, PathFactory will stop receiving enriched data until credits are replenished.

⚙️ Recommendation: Coordinate with your ZoomInfo rep to ensure your API plan aligns with your expected PathFactory visitor volumes.
