Templated Experiences: Pre-Launch Checklist

Before you launch or share your page, use this checklist to ensure your Templated Experience is fully configured, on-brand, and conversion-ready.


1. 🎨 Is Your Page Styled and Configured Correctly?

☐ Is there a clear, visible Call to Action, and are your CTA labels properly configured?
☐ Is your page copy brand-compliant?
☐ Are you using one of the Theme’s preset font styles throughout your page?
☐ Have you added a branded hero image?


2. πŸ“š Have You Added and Optimized Content?

☐ Did you add a Content List or Resource Center section?
☐ Are the right assets included and properly configured?
☐ Is your collection sorted appropriately (e.g., using Sort by AI or manual order)?
☐ Have you added any search or filters to help users discover content more easily?


3. 🧠 Is Personalization Set Up?

☐ Is your page targeting the correct audience?
☐ If targeting multiple audiences, have you configured the segment rules?
☐ Are field merges correctly added to personalize the text, images and videos on the page?
☐ Have you added Segment Rule Mapping to personalize your Content section?


4. 🧲 Do You Have a Conversion Strategy?

☐ Have you added a Form Strategy?
☐ Is the form placement optimized for conversion (e.g., after engagement or on a high-value asset)
☐ Are the form behavior settings aligned with your campaign goals?


5. πŸ”— Have You Reviewed the Page Details?

☐ Have you visited the Details page for your experience?
☐ Is your Custom URL Slug clear and accurate?
☐ Is your thumbnail image set for social sharing?
☐ Is your page title correct?
☐ Does your social sharing preview look polished?
