How to View Consumption Data for Accounts in PFRI

To view the Content Plays that have been sent to an individual or an account, follow these steps.

  1. Open Revenue Intelligence (PFRI).
  2. On the PFRI Accounts page, select the Content Plays button, as highlighted below.

2. Now you see a list of Content Plays that have been sent out to engage that account.

3. Click on a Content Play to see its details. The screen opens on the Email Preview tab, as shown below.

4. To view the engagement performance for that Content Play, select the Buyers Response tab.

5. On this tab you can see the Contact Name, their Job Title, Total Email Clicks, Total Views, Unique Views, Time Spent, and whether the Opportunity is trending upward or downward.


How to Track Individual Engagement

Follow these steps to gain insight for an individual buyer’s journey.

  1. With Revenue Intelligence open on the Accounts page, scroll to the bottom to look at the accounts.

2. On the page that opens, select the Buyers Insight tab.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see a list of individual visitors.

Note: You’ll notice some of the individuals are not fully known but are listed here with all of the information that has been gathered about them such as name (if known), whether or not they are present in CRM, Email/Visitor Identity (if known), Engagement in minutes and seconds, number of content assets consumed, and the topics they are most interested in.

4. Select a visitor to see more details about them.

You will notice you can narrow down your search results by using date filters (top right), viewing the Content Plays they have engaged with (also top right), how much time they have spent with the content, and how many times they have viewed the content. At the bottom of the page you see two tabs: Top Content By Time Spent and Content Journey.

The tab labeled Top Content By Time Spent provides a list of content consumed by this individual and how long they spent on each item.
