CSM Monthly Tip: Notify Sales with a Fast-Moving Buyer Alert!

Is there a delay between when a prospect is ready to be contacted versus when they’re actually contacted by your sales team? Eliminate the delay today by setting up a Fast-Moving Buyer alert or FMB alert.

This is an automated email that gets triggered through your Marketing Automation Platform in real-time when a prospect has met a pre-determined threshold of engagement on a PathFactory Content Track!

An FMB alert can include details such as name and organization as well as what content they engaged with and for how long.

Below is an example of a Fast-Moving Buyer alert PathFactory’s Marketing team sends to sales when a prospect is ready to be contacted.
