Beneath each category is an approximate cost of content. Estimated costs for content assets are based on the Content Type, which you configure with a default value, or can specify for individual content assets. If you do not want to see Estimated Costs displayed in the Content Library, Admin users are able to toggle off this feature in the Organization Settings. |
Click on a category to show only content assets within that category.
Content in Library: The total number of content assets available in your Content Library.
In Content Track: The total number of content assets currently included in your Content Tracks.
Not in Content Track: The total number of content assets currently not included in your Content Tracks.
New: The total number of content assets which have been added to your Content Library within the last 30 days.
Expiring: The total number of content assets which are expiring within the next 30 days.
Expired: The total number of content assets which have passed their expiration date.

Your content is not deleted or made inactive after its expiry date. This feature is meant to help you keep track of older assets so you can keep your content fresh. |
