- Each organization can customize that. Navigate to Organization Settings, Access Protection
What happens if you have granted someone access and you want to remove it?
- If you remove them from the group they will no longer have access through that email address
Does the visitor become known to PathFactory when entering their email address to enter the Content Track or VEX Event?
- Yes – this is done automatically but only happens when the visitor clicks through on the access protection link in the confirmation email they receive then land on Content Track or VEX Event.
