2025 Release Notes: Release O

Released on July 30, 2025

ChatFactory

Image File Upload Option for Icon Instead of SVG  The image upload option for icons enables increased flexibility and reduces the effort required to prepare icon assets.

Topic Card Description Visibility Users now have the ability to hide topic descriptions. When viewing multiple topic cards, curriculum managers will easily be able to read and efficiently scan.

Deletion Confirmation ChatFactory now offers a confirmation step for agent deletion and soft-deleting agent profiles. Administrators can avoid accidental agent data loss, leading to improved data integrity and confidence.

Experience Creation Control  A “Create Experience” option addresses use cases where the agent is set up as a conversational agent. The enhancements improve usability for agent administrators by providing granular control over features.

Analytics

“CTA Performance” Table for Microsites  We’ve added CTA performance data to Microsite analytics for a complete view of which CTAs are doing well and which need to be optimized.

CTA Table Enhancements Visitor and account-level insights are now shown in the CTA Performance table. Get insight into who interacted with CTAs. Additionally, the grouping provides an easy, aggregate view of the data by each CTA.

Content Management

PDF Title Ingestion Options: File Name or PDF Properties  Users can now choose how they want the PathFactory system to ingest and auto-populate titles for PDFs. Choose to ingest the PDF Metadata Title Property (the default behavior) or use the file name of the PDF as the Public Title and Internal Name of the asset. This option can be found in Organization Settings.

Templated Experiences

Filter Templated Experiences Based on Query String Users can now enable query string filtering on individual Content Lists and Resource Center accordion blocks in Templated Experiences. This is especially useful for campaigns and email CTAs where you want to drive visitors to pre-filtered views—like showing only blogs tagged with ?topic=thought-leadership or assets in a specific language.

A new “Filter by query string” toggle is available when “Show Filter” is enabled. Only sections with this toggle turned on will respond to URL filters, giving you precise control and avoiding past conflicts from global filtering.
